Overview

SeekOnMe provides AI-powered product discovery, catalog infrastructure, developer API access, MCP tools, and merchant onboarding services. We generally do not sell, ship, or fulfill physical products directly. This Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, cancellations, and mistaken charges are handled.

Products purchased from merchants

If you find a product through SeekOnMe and complete a purchase on a merchant, marketplace, retailer, or other third-party website, your purchase is made with that third party, not with SeekOnMe. Their return, refund, exchange, shipping, warranty, and customer support policies apply.

Please contact the merchant or marketplace where you completed the purchase for product returns, order changes, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, missing items, recalls, and warranty claims.

SeekOnMe service fees and subscriptions

Fees for developer tools, API access, MCP access, merchant tools, onboarding, integrations, data services, or other SeekOnMe services are not product purchases and are not eligible for physical product returns.

Unless required by law or stated in a separate written agreement, paid service fees are non-refundable once a billing period, onboarding project, integration project, or usage-based service has started. You may cancel future renewals according to the terms shown at purchase or in your agreement.

Usage-based charges

Usage-based charges, including API calls, MCP tool calls, catalog processing, data enrichment, or other metered services, are billed based on use and are generally non-refundable after the usage has occurred.

Merchant onboarding and integration work

If we provide custom onboarding, catalog setup, data mapping, integration, consulting, or similar professional services, refund rights will be governed by the applicable order form, statement of work, or written agreement. Unless that agreement states otherwise, completed work and incurred third-party costs are non-refundable.

Mistaken or unauthorized charges

If you believe you were charged in error, charged after cancellation, or charged without authorization, contact us as soon as possible. Include the account email, invoice or receipt number, charge date, amount, and a short description of the issue so we can review it.

Cancellations

Cancellation stops future renewal charges unless your purchase flow or separate agreement states otherwise. Cancellation does not automatically refund fees already charged for the current billing period, completed work, or usage that has already occurred.

Legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or consumer protection rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If a separate written agreement gives you additional rights, that agreement controls for the covered services.
