Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of seekon.me, the catalog-web application, the Product Discovery API, the Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint, and related services operated by SeekOn.Me Inc. ("SeekOnMe," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the services, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the services on behalf of a company, merchant, developer, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

What SeekOnMe provides

SeekOnMe is building AI-powered product discovery and catalog infrastructure. Our services may include website content, merchant onboarding experiences, developer dashboards, API keys, REST API access, MCP tools, product catalog search, product detail retrieval, and related documentation.

Product information shown through the services may come from merchants, public sources, partners, data providers, automated enrichment, or other third-party services. We work to keep catalog data useful and accurate, but product availability, prices, shipping, warranties, and purchase terms can change.

Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate account, business, and contact information when registering or requesting access.
• You are responsible for keeping login credentials and API keys confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe an account or API key has been compromised.
• We may approve, deny, limit, suspend, or revoke access to protect the services, users, merchants, developers, or our systems.

Developer API and MCP usage

If you access the Product Discovery API or MCP endpoint, you agree to use them only as documented and within any limits, plans, rate limits, quotas, or usage policies we provide. You may not share API keys, bypass authentication, hide the source of traffic, scrape or bulk extract data outside permitted use, or use the services to build a competing catalog database without our written permission.

You are responsible for your applications, AI agents, prompts, outputs, user disclosures, privacy notices, and any downstream use of catalog data returned by the services.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants and partners are responsible for the product data, inventory, pricing, product claims, images, URLs, fulfillment details, and other information they provide or authorize us to ingest. Merchant content must be accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and suitable for display in product discovery experiences.

Purchases through merchants

SeekOnMe is not the seller of third-party products unless we expressly state otherwise. When you follow a product link or buy a product from a merchant, your transaction is with that merchant or marketplace. The merchant's checkout, shipping, return, refund, warranty, privacy, and customer support terms apply.

Fees and paid services

Some developer, merchant, API, data, or platform features may be offered for a fee, through a subscription, or under a separate order form or written agreement. Fees, billing periods, renewal terms, usage limits, taxes, and cancellation rights will be described at purchase or in the applicable agreement. If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms, that separate agreement controls for the covered services.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity
• Interfere with, overload, probe, scan, or attack the services or related infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, copy, or bypass access controls except where applicable law allows
• Upload or transmit malware, vulnerabilities, or malicious prompts
• Misrepresent product information, merchant relationships, or AI agent outputs
• Use the services in a way that violates third-party rights, platform rules, or applicable law

Intellectual property

We and our licensors retain all rights in the services, software, designs, documentation, trademarks, and technology. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the services for their intended purpose.

You retain rights in content and data you provide to us, but you grant us permission to host, process, display, transform, analyze, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, operate, improve, and promote the services.

Third-party services

The services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, merchants, AI systems, cloud providers, analytics providers, payment processors, and marketplaces. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, or transactions.

Beta features and changes

Some services may be experimental, invite-only, in preview, or in beta. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update documentation, API behavior, models, data sources, and catalog coverage as the product evolves.

Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy of catalog data, and error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeekOnMe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the services will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the event or 100 USD.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SeekOnMe from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the services, your applications or AI agents, your content or catalog data, your products or merchant operations, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the services or other users, fail to pay amounts owed, or if continued access would be unlawful or impractical.

Governing law

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SeekOn.Me Inc., without regard to conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your location may still apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
